He did. They were. It was sad. He was sick, I took him to the vet, like any good mama. When I pulled him out of his carrier, he took one final breath in my hands, and died right there.
The entire day he was sick, I was holding him at school, preparing the kids for the worst. He was trying to make his happy sound, but didn't have the strength.
I never knew guineas had so much personality! I will miss him very much, as will the kiddos!
